500 ml bottle. V169. BB 11/03/14. From Cuso. Děkuji!
Hazy yellow golden colour with a big foamy white head. The aroma is delightfully fruity, a bit sourish, yeasty and wheaty. Delicious! It’s leaning a bit towards Witbier. The flavour is bitter hoppy with yeast, wheat and malt. Quite bitter for a Hefeweizen indeed. No sweetness nor fruitiness in the flavour. Interesting. A bit thin. Nice brew but not very traditional Hefeweizen.

Bottle: Thanks Cuso: Served in a shaker: Medium sized white foamy head on top of a hazy yellow colored beer. Aromas of hops, herbs, yeast, some fruits like apricot and yeast, some sweet malts and some crispy plants. Flavours of hops, herbs, light citrus, earthy tones, some bitters, hints of yeast, chalk, malts and wheat. Aftertaste is floral and herbal, some yeast, light (planty) bitter and slight hints of fruit. Low carbo, creamy mouthfeel, medium bodied and a light creamy mouthfeel.

From 0.5l bottle. BBD: 11.03.2014 . APP: Pours nice semi cloudy golden liquid. Medium frothy white head, big bubbles, relatively quickly fall down. AR: aroma of banana, hops, T: light sweet, medium bitter, light sour. slight banana, hops, malt. Too much bitter for a Weissbier.. PAL: Medium body, slick texture, lively carbonation. OV: Nice beer but not good in its style. Banana is very slight, too much bitterness, not exactly a weissbier, perhaps some Czech pilsner like weissbier, bit overall a nice beer.
