Bardzo nachmielone jak na weizena, w smaku trochę bananów trochę drożdży, piana szybko pada.

Bottle 500ml.

Unclear medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is light malty, wheat, moderate yeasty, fruity, yeast, banana, bubble gum. Flavour is moderate sweet and light bitter with a long duration, fruity, yeasty, hop bitter. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20130112]

Bottle. Disappointingly short-lived, weak head. Unexpectedly hoppy for a hefeweizen. Sharpish citrus (almost mandarin) and spicy notes, subtle banana hints that fade almost completely with time. Some vanilla, malt and yeast. The pronounced bitterness works quite well with the citrusy flavour. As if someone with a faible for Bohemian pilsners was forced to make a hefeweizen. Original, intriguing, but ultimately not really convincing.

Bottle @ Home. Pours hazy orange with a rocky white head. Aroma of malt, wheat, yeast, sweet fruit. Flavor of wheat, yeast, sweet fruity, orange / orangepeel. Thin to medium body, slightly overcarbonated, lightly bitter finish. 250113

Bottle @ fonefan berliner weisse, cream ale multistate tasting. Small head with short duration. Color is hazy pale golden. Aroma and taste are yeast, banana, wheat malt and hops.

Bottle @ FOneFan, 5%. Hazy yellow with small diminishing white head. Aroma is malt, yeast, fruit, banana and clove. Flavour is malt, yeast, banana, light over carbonated, wheat, little sweet and medium bitter.

Bottle @ Berliner Weisse Takeover Ulfborg, 2013. Day 2. Pours hazy pale yellow with a white head. Nose is sweet of banana and bread. A bit of yeast and clove. Decent.

(draught) pours a murky golden colour with a frothy white head. aroma of light wheat, banana and walnuts, with a hint of pepper, some clove and grass. flavour is mostly the same, wheat, pepper and clove, with strong notes of vanilla and custard. medium-bodied with average carbonation.
