Bottle @ Odense Late March Tasting, 2012. Bought @ Pivoteka Zly Casy. Pours dark brown with a small creamy white head. Sweet nose of rye, bread and caramel. Quite a lot of toffee. Slightly tartness in flavor. Smooth.

Odense spring time specialties night at Dolle. Ruby chestnut with a small tan head. Unclean aroma of malt, toffee, apple peel and butter. Sweet malty flavour with diacetyl, a hint of yoghurt and a mild roasted finish

Sorry for the german rating, but this is a lousy rating from my "newbie" time (2007-2009), and it’s not worth of being translated. I just added it for the statistics, and to complete my backlog!
Das Bier ins Glas gegossen, zeigt sich ein fast tiefschwarzes Gebräu mit herrlicher Creme-Krone, welche sich noch sehr lange hält!!! Der Geruch erinnert mich sofort an andere tschechische Spitzenbiere. Der Antrunk zeigt sich anfangs recht süßlich, aber es wird sehr schnell etwas bitterer. Der Nachgeschmack könnte exakt von einem Guinness Extra Stout stammen! Dieses Dunkle hat wirklich alles was man sich wünscht. Ein wenig Süße, etwas Bitterkeit, eine angenehme Süffigkeit, eine unübertreffbare Optik! Was will man mehr?

Bottled. A hazy amber beer with a dense beige head. The aroma has notes of butter, straw, and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes fo malt, straw, and caramel, leading to a dry strawy finish.
