COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Top-fermented beer, that we are brewing as a new beer over this hot summer season, light and highly drinkable. For this ale we are using original top quality American hops. Malt designated for the production of ales - PALE ALE MALT. Beer is hopped classically as well as dry hopped. The beer is unfiltered and unpasteurized. EPM: 10°plato, Color: 10 EBC, Brewer and author of the recipe: Jan Rada Malts: Wayermann PALE ALE, Pilsner Hops: Amarillo, Cascade, Melon

Clear medium orange yellow color with a small to average, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, moderate hoppy, citrus, fruity hops. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a long duration, citrus, grass, pale malt. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20150814]

UPDATED: FEB 8, 2016 Pours a slightly hazy golden color, topped with a medium sized and nicely lasting white head. Lots of sweet fruity notes in the aroma, some citruses as well. Taste is moderately bitter with some spices in the finish. A short and lightly bittery aftertaste as well as slightly spicy. Medium light, fresh feel and nice.

Keg at GBBF ’15, day 3, 13/08/15. Clear golden orange with a decent white covering. Nose is straw, lemon rind, melon, light hop. Taste comprises floral notes, melon, orange pith, light bread dough. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a light hop chase. Adequate for style.

At GBBF. I’ve got the ABV as 5%. Pale orange, still, small bubbly white head. Aroma is sweet with orange, lime and straw. Body is medium, smooth, tingly carbonation. Taste is light and fruity, straw with a soft bitterness.
