2.1 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 1/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20 omhper (17466) - Stockholm, SWEDEN - FEB 22, 2010
Bottled. Hazy golden, no head - looks really ugly. Spicy hops ad paper up front. Mid-sweet with clean, rounded mouthfeel. Cardoardy with some pepper. Low bitterness
3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20 Quack-Duck (6811) - Down South, GERMANY - APR 27, 2008
bottle, bought at the brewery. This is Pernstejns beer for diabetics, with a low content of sugar. Clear golden yellow, large hea.d Malty and hoppy nose. Medium-bodied, beautifully malty with Saaz hops. This one tastes like a decent 10°, no way like a beer for siabetics. Well-balanced, not dry but with quite a nice malty body. Presumably the best diet beer I’ve ever tasted.
