Gold to mahoganey with a small off-white head. Mild hop with a honey-citrus nose. Sweet malt flavor with mild hoppy notes. Medium and fizzy palate.

Nice beer, Yellow in color. Pours with a thin head. It is malty and rich in flavor. The beer is hoppy. The hop flavor builds as the beer is consumed. Good lager.

MaiBockAddict (1497) - Good Beer Bar Deprived, New Jersey, USA - NOV 7, 2003
Pours dark yellow with thin white head. Grassy, malty aroma. Malty and rich, with a mild hop note. Hops build as the beer is consumed. Not a bad lager.

I was expecting an authentic pilsner and instead I got this crap. Light golden brown color. Fizzy white head. Sweet bready aroma. Cloyingly sweet that is. Oddly thick, sticky palate. Hard to drink.

crazyvin (1911) - New York, USA - AUG 6, 2003
smelled a malty/mildly skunky smell. poured a dark golden color with a fizzy head. The taste as very watery at first but as a drank more I could taste some malty notes in the beginning and a very mild and bitter finish. Judging from the ratings i also am thinking this is the "premium lager" that is on the bottle.

Pretty standard faire for a Czech lager. Yellow, fizzy, light bubbly head. It has the usual dry maltiness to it. Decent at best.

Struggled to get a head on this beer and a lame one at that. Spicey aroma with a bit of earth/peat. Color is a medium orange/gold. Flavor is slightly sweet and pretty bland. Finish is a bit zesty with some hops presence. An ok imported lager but nothing special.

Dark urine color; no head; grassy nose. Slight sweetness. Not a huge mouth presence.

Bottled. Nice easy drinking lager. Nothing special. Had worse. Had better.

Thin head, golden color, and much like an American Standard a sweet aftertaste. Good budget beer that you can pawn off to your macro drinking friends.
