On tap at Peroni tap, 330ml, Rome. Amber to gold with white head. Double checked to make sure it was this, it’s a malty thinnish beer, high level of CO2 and fairly bitter which carries the day. Odd atmosphere in this place, a brewery tap that doesn’t want to serve you beer, food is king.

UPDATED: JUL 10, 2008 A nice crisp brew that has enough character to keep you awake, but not so much to overwhelm the casual drinker. A nice Italian brew.

Draught @ L’antica Birreria Peroni: Golden coloured with a reddish gleam. Clear. Has a beige head. Malty with some butterfatness and berries in the aroma. Flavour is fruity, sweet and malty. Medium bodied. Has a smooth and fresh end. Quite nice beer, unfortunately served too cold.
