Brewed from the finest spring planted barley malts, has a unique balanced taste with a delicate aroma arising from the hops of the most exclusive varieties. Young, balanced and sparkling, Nastro Azzurro is the beer for the knowledgeable and demanding consumer.

Bottle. Pours a very clear pale yellow. Not much happening in the aroma. Bitter flavor but not in a very good way. Tastes like any garden variety lager. Not impressive.

Sampled this a few times recently at Italian restaurants that didn’t have much else on the menu. Very pale looking golden color, somewhat carbonated and the head quickly fizzles down to absolutely nothing. It looked like a glass of apple juice. Aroma is grainy, with hints of hay, very much like a traditional lager. It tastes a little grassy with sweet hops and a slightly sour finish to it. Pretty easy drinking but boring and could use more flavor.

Pours a very pale yellow with white head. Smells of light malt and grass. Tast was crisp bitterness. Tastes like a cheap malt liquor.

UPDATED: JUN 16, 2013 Decidedly skunky smells from miles away after cracking the bottle top off. Pours pale yellow, weak bubbles. 2" pure white frothy head. Smells like Chinese fireworks upon the second sniff. Mild mouthfeel, decent malt, better than the average mass produced nastsy american pale lager. Corn, skunky mild malt flavor, weak lacing, hardly any bite, or hops. Kinda weak.

Just a good premium Pilsener lager. Not great, not terrible. Light yet filling. Terrible aroma like many light lagers. There is definitely a time and a place for this beer.

12 ounce bottle pours a clear yellow with a moderate head. The taste was extremely weak and light and there was a slightly bitter after taste. Problably a good choice with spicier foods. Average.

Very pale pour, slightly sour aroma, tastes like nothing and then leaves a slightly unplesent aftertaste. I would never buy it.

UPDATED: MAR 10, 2012 330 ml bottle. pale boring lager from italy. mine was in a green bottle so it was pretty skunky. not terrible but far from good////////////////re-rate 500ml can, light yellow, white head, lean pils malting, tight dry bitter finish, pretty good!

A completely average beer. It has some nice crispness, but not enough to make anyhting but a diversion. The flavor is alright, but can become unappetizing fairly quickly. Not a good brew for all day.
