Pours a very pale, clear, straw color with a medium head that subsides to almost nothing rather quickly with no lacing. A lot of tiny bubbles coming up from the bottom. I could smell this as soon as I opened the bottle. Smell is a mix of skunk, corn, and grassy hops. Tastes more balanced and malty than it smells, but hops and corn are the predominate taste with a hint of skunk. My 1st Italian beer. Not bad, but I am not wondering why Italy is not a beer capital of the world.

UPDATED: AUG 7, 2010 Pale straw yellow with a quickly fading head. I don’t know if I’ve seen a head fade that quick. Corny scent. Very carbonated. Hoppy watery mouth. A touch corny and grainy. More hoppy then a Canadian Macro but nothing special here at all.

12 oz bottle at Olive Garden. I guess if I want a decent italian beverage I should drink wine. Pale lager color and pale lager aroma and pale lager flavor. Boring and dull.

Bottle. The only bad thing I can say about this beer is that it had a very thin mouth feel. It has a good "hoppy" slightly sour finish and it goes great with pizza. Also, its flavor did not change much as the temerature rose.

Extremely pale yellow, almost transparent. Aroma from corn, cooked vegetables and metal. Really watery mouthfeel. Malty, unpleasant sourness in finish.

This bottled brew poured a very large sized head of foamy finely sized mostly diminishing white colored bubbles that left behind a poor lacing. The body contained soft carbonation, was transparent and straw yellow in color. Its aroma contained notes of mild light floral malt . Its mouth feel is initially tingly with a lingering tingly palate. Its flavor contained mild astringent malt hop notes. Number one beer in Italy huh? Not in my book!.

Pours a nice golden yellow. Aromas of malts, hops. Crisp hop bitterness and dry finish. Is there any difference between this and Peroni Birra??
