The original Italian lager. Peroni is the number one lager brand in Italy and has been for over one and a half centuries. This premium, clear, golden-yellow lager, with 4.7 ABV, is the result of the dedication to brewing of generations of the most qualified braumeisters.
Brewed using the finest spring barley malts and hops, its taste is slightly bitter. A refreshing smooth lager, Peroni is suitable for all occasions.

Pours clear gold, average head, good amount of carbonation. Green bottle may include some skunk with the territory. To be honest peroni is a good standard go to. It tastes clean and crisp, better than any American macro, it’s decent if you’re just looking to have a general beer. Say what you want but I very much enjoy a peroni.

veceo (1084) - CROATIA - DEC 12, 2015
Clear pale yellow color, small white head. Aroma is pretty empty (thats not always bad, lol), some maltiness and hay notes. Sweet, malty taste, some corny notes, empty as hell but not offensive at all. Light body, average carbonation. Had worse.

Bottle 0.66l. Clear golden color, big white head. Strong smell of corn. Medium body and carbonation. Sweet, taste of corn and a hint of honey. Too corny.

KeefOz (1403) - Tarragindi, AUSTRALIA - DEC 9, 2015
Poured a crystal clear amber with a thin white head that diminished quickly to a collar that laced poorly. Carbonation moderate and medium. Aroma mostly of grain and pale malts with a sour note; no obvious hops. Taste of grain with a sour note; no real bitterness. Light body, a bit thin. Clean with a subdued finish. Much the same as many other macro-lagers.

Nogal een flauwe pils, vergelijkbaar met Maes. Niet echt bijzonder dus, weinig smaak.

Light, clean fresh tasting lager. I thought it was really good for what it is.

It’s similar to every other southern European lager you’ve ever tasted, only its one of the more mediocre ones.

Lager banale ed insulsa. Difficile riuscire a finirne una bottiglia, meglio l’acqua.

Aroma of faint hops and grains. Fairly crisp taste of malted grains and toffee. Refreshing, but a rather uneventful lager.

330ml bottle. Clear, pale and effervescent yellow with a small and mostly fading white head. Aromas of grain, corn, citrus, citrus pith and biscuity pale malts. Relatively clean on the palate. A certain lemony character alongside noticeable grain and grass. Light-medium in body with medium carbonation and finishing with a moderate length, soft-moderate intensity hop bitterness.
