The original Italian lager. Peroni is the number one lager brand in Italy and has been for over one and a half centuries. This premium, clear, golden-yellow lager, with 4.7 ABV, is the result of the dedication to brewing of generations of the most qualified braumeisters.
Brewed using the finest spring barley malts and hops, its taste is slightly bitter. A refreshing smooth lager, Peroni is suitable for all occasions.

Light Italian beer that has a distinct aroma and light pislner taste. Not bad and you can slam a bunch of these.

It has the smell of grass. It is highly carbonated. The taste is that of grasses and it has a metallic tinge on the palate.

UPDATED: JUL 25, 2015 Average industrial lager. No aroma or taste and very low bitterness. Foam disappears quickly, no lacing.

Pours like slightly tainted water, with no head, no lacing. Aroma of tap water. Tastes of a bit of malt and larger. If there was another choice I would drink something else. Guess it’s OK sub for water after mowing the lawn. If it didn’t have etoh there would be no point. Also because it’s an import in a green bottle watch for skunked beers.

Horrible beer. Only drinkable if served really cold. Poor aroma and plain watery taste.

On tap at Slice in Atlanta. Pours transparent pale yellow with white head. Aroma of malts, corn and grassy hops. Tastes of water, corn, malts and not much else. Very bland. Not a good beer.

33cl a Bottle at a random Italian restaurant in Amsterdam. Body is clear, pale, head is big, white, creamy, mostly lasting, excellent lacing. Nose is empty, flavor is light malty, watery. Medium sweet, light bitter. Finish is the same. Light body, thin texture, average carbonation. Average boring lager.

Bottle. Taste is wheat, corn, hay, grain and water. Pretty much what you would expect from a pale ale.
