The original Italian lager. Peroni is the number one lager brand in Italy and has been for over one and a half centuries. This premium, clear, golden-yellow lager, with 4.7 ABV, is the result of the dedication to brewing of generations of the most qualified braumeisters.
Brewed using the finest spring barley malts and hops, its taste is slightly bitter. A refreshing smooth lager, Peroni is suitable for all occasions.

33cl a Bottle at a random Italian restaurant in Amsterdam. Body is clear, pale, head is big, white, creamy, mostly lasting, excellent lacing. Nose is empty, flavor is light malty, watery. Medium sweet, light bitter. Finish is the same. Light body, thin texture, average carbonation. Average boring lager.

Bottle. Taste is wheat, corn, hay, grain and water. Pretty much what you would expect from a pale ale.

UPDATED: JUN 30, 2015 The beer has quite a pale golden yellow color. There is almost no foam. There’s a little white haze on top, disappointing. The beer is very clear. There isn’t much smell. The aroma reminds a little of latex, like in medical gloves. The taste is quite nice. The taste has a nice hoppy bitterness. The beer is not very special, accept for the strong bitterness. Nice beer.

Pretty standard fare. Nothing to really distinguish it from other imported beers ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bière blonde, mousse moyenne. Goût peu présent, très moyen. Pils de bas-de-gamme. Pas mauvaise en terrasse au soleil, meilleure que certaines pils (et que de nombreuses françaises), mais loin d’êtres transcendantes.

Italian most popular macro lager. Nice for the palate, nothing more. Somehow a bit iron-ish, better served very cold.
