rauchbier (2860), Isle Of Beer, Lincolnshire, England Mar 17, 2008 Bottle. Gold, thin white head, gentle condition. Slight fruitiness in the nose, faintly caramel sweet in the mouth and short and dry in the finish.
mhelgason (415), Charlotte, North Carolina, USA Jul 25, 2008 bottle. fully dissapating small white fizzy head into a golden body. aromas of skunky kick, sweet corn, and some hay. not bad for a mass produced brew. BuckeyeBoy (1065), Boise, Idaho, USA Jul 20, 2008 Bottle Pours out a yellow topped with a white head. Aroma of malt and grass. Tast more of the malt. Not much else goig on. Pawola22 (36), Kansas City, Missouri, USA Jul 12, 2008 While I was in Italy, it was refreshing on a 95 degree day. Still, its a crappy pale lager, but better than a Budweiser or MGD. Has a little more spice to it than American pale lagers in my opinion. Maybe some day Italians will take pride in their beer...eh, doubt it. gunnfryd (2664), Kristiansand, Norway Jul 2, 2008 Can. Pale golden colour with a white head. Aroma is fruit, malt. Flavour is fruit, malt, hint of hop. Thin and boring beer. p_curran41 (11), Brighton, Massachusetts, USA Jun 24, 2008 Tap. Have had this both in Italy and in the States. Equally sad. What it lacks in aroma and color, it equally lacks in taste. The ONLY reason to buy it is if you REALLY want a beer that’s Italian. And that’s not a good reason. Save some money and get a cheap American beer if that’s your thing.
