The original Italian lager. Peroni is the number one lager brand in Italy and has been for over one and a half centuries. This premium, clear, golden-yellow lager, with 4.7 ABV, is the result of the dedication to brewing of generations of the most qualified braumeisters.
Brewed using the finest spring barley malts and hops, its taste is slightly bitter. A refreshing smooth lager, Peroni is suitable for all occasions.

Pretty typical pale lager. Nothing special here. Sweet corn, rated lower because you have to pay micro brew price for it. Not worth it. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

330ml bottle. Clear, pale and effervescent yellow with a small and mostly fading white head. Aromas of grain, corn, citrus, citrus pith and biscuity pale malts. Relatively clean on the palate. A certain lemony character alongside noticeable grain and grass. Light-medium in body with medium carbonation and finishing with a moderate length, soft-moderate intensity hop bitterness.

Bottle to glass. Corn aroma. Clear straw with minimal white head that leaves a collar. Taste is predominate water, with moderately corn and slight spice. Finishes quickly and thin.

I enjoy a good Pale Lager but I couldn’t get into this one. There is a metallic aftertaste to it that I didn’t like.

Pours a straw, effervescent yellow with no foam head. Aroma is some sweet bread malts and light fruity notes. Flavor is sweet bread. Has a lightly bitter, crisp mouthfeel. Nothing great, though I’d drink this over most American macro lagers.

Ordered this because it’s the only beer on happy hour. Typical light lager and the same typical feelings about it too.

Pale and lager-y. Shocking, I know. The number one brand in Italy for over one and a half centuries. I’m guessing in 1900 there wasn’t as much corn in the recipe.

Eye: Pours a golden color with a quickly dissipating white head and medium carbonation. Nose: clover, honey, nuts and hops Mouth: a bit metallic, light hops Palate: nuts, grassy hops, earthy/leaves, leathery Overall: drinkable but not my favourite

Bottle in Ischia, Italy. Bit watery for me. Can’t get much in the local mini store. Bouna Sera!

Deep golden with a creamy white head. Aromas are predominantly malty and bready with some floralness to it. Pronounced carbonation and light bodied. Sweet-bitter balance but somehow does not give away much. Drinkable.
