sinkr (135), Lusby, Maryland, USA Dec 26, 2007 Bottle: Pours an average, fizzy head that provides some light lacing onto a yellow body. There is an average aroma of malt, hops, and yeast, all of which are largely stock and nondescript. My o’l nose may’ve even detected a bit of vinegar to the aroma. The body is light, slick, and the carbonation is nearly non-existent with an astringent finish. The beer is moderately bitter in flavor, and again at tasting, I detect some vinegar. It’s a basic beer which is like a lot of big mass-produced beers...Fun if you’re at an Italian restaurant, but you can certainly do better for cheaper.
jhliesen (351), West Melbourne, Florida, USA Aug 30, 2008 Bottle--Poured a pale yellow color with a medium head. Soft, skunky smell with the typical pilsner/bud taste. Nothing special at all. Palidor19 (1285), Brandon, Florida, USA Aug 29, 2008 (Drank on 2/22/04)
its light and crisp with some flavors of low malts of hay and corn like. very light on the palate. Kaizen666 (16), , New York, USA Aug 28, 2008 It’s like the ghost made of corn and water flew up my nose. A bit skunky, watery, and bland. Anyone who tries to pair this with a nice Italian dinner is fooling themselves (besides, what are you drinking beer at a nice Italian dinner for anyway? You should be drinking wine). Not the worst but you’re not missing anything. thornecb (1074), Marblehead, Massachusetts, USA Aug 27, 2008 Pours piss yellow into a shaker. Bright white micro head with medium retention recedes leaving no lacing. Adjuncts and off-skunk aromas. Crisp upfront but sweet and cloying in the sour finish. Miver (393), WillowStreet, Pennsylvania, USA Aug 27, 2008 What other good option is there at the Olive Garden??? Poured clear yellow in color with a white head that left light lacing on the glass. Aroma of light grassy hops, pilsner malts. Tastes of earthy mild hops, pilsner malts, grainy and pretty bland. Watery and thin mouth feel.
