Nice Kona coffee smell and flavor. A bit lighter in appearance than expected. A bit over carbonated, but overall a nice brew!

Tap. Reddish, brown. Beige head. Vanilla coca and espresso on nose. Light body. Very little of the sweetness from the nose transfers to taste. A coffee like bitterness. Toasted malts. A little thin on palate. Ok.

Pours a nice caramel hued brown. Aroma is caramel, a hint of hops and a ton a coffee. Taste is sweet, dry up front with a hint of caramel and a strong coffee finish. Palate is hoppy, to caramel to a dry coffee finish. Mouthfeel is vey nice. Solid beer from a small brewery.

64 oz. growler from the source. Pours a hazed light brown with a biege head. Aroma of very nice, fresh coffee, mild roast, touches of brown sugar and toffee malts. Flavor is very coffee forward. Some brown and caramel malts are around, but this is the rich coffee flavor’s show. Mouthfeel suffers a bit, a tan thin with average at best carbonation. Finishes quite roasty.

Dark mahogany ale. Has a distinct coffee flavor. Goes down smooth, but the body is also a little thin. Overall an enjoyable brew.

Clear, deep, dark mahogany in color, with a fine tan head and very good lacing.
Not much except coffee in the nose. At first, it seems like the taste will follow, but a substantial roasted malt component soon kicks. It eventually fades leaving a lasting coffee aftertaste. I liked this beer, and the coffee component in particular, more than their Single Origin. Single Origin, however, is a more unusual brew.

Tap sample. Poured a clear dark brown color with an average frothy tan head that mostly lasted with good lacing. Moderate toasted malt, nuts and dark coffee aroma. Medium body with a smooth texture and soft carbonation. Medium toasted sweet flavor with a medium sweet finish of moderate duration. This is an average brew.
