A lightly sparkling high quality medium vintage cider. Somerset Dabinett is a well balanced full bitter sweet cider, but with soft astringency and a full bodied flavour. An excellent single variety cider for the connoisseur. Overall Supreme Champion Cider at the Royal Bath & West show 2005

500ml bottle from Glug, Newcastle. First time I had this was at the beach with the missus and was superb; very refreshing, light and with a great bittersweet character. A very good well-rounded cider from arguably the best cider apple there is.
