From a polypin at the Portcullis, Clifton, Bristol 23/07/09. A great dry cider - sour, with some apples in the background and a big, dry, barnyard finish. Great rustic stuff.

Mid gold. Sweet, light apple aroma, which belies its taste: quite sour and astringent with a lasting dry finish. Not at all bad.
