A lightly sparkling medium vintage cider, pressed and blended from the best of the harvest, before being matured in wooden barrels. The result is a vintage quality cider, with a light well balanced taste.

UPDATED: OCT 15, 2006 Bottle. Golden colour. Easy drinking cider with a sweet aroma and taste and, though lacking in body, just enough sourness and dryness for balance. 15.10.06 Cask, gravity, at CAMRA bar, Bromham Mill, Bedford. More sourness in the aroma. The dryness was more pronounced. Rated 2.7.
