[2/16/15] Draught at Peter B’s Brewpub in Monterey. As Ford Ord Wheat. Cloudy yellow. Aroma of wheat, light graininess and fruity esters. Wheaty flavor, sweetish and slightly sourish, fruity, with a bitterish finish with mild hops. Light to medium-bodied.

4oz sampler -

2nd beer of the sampler pack. Served with a wedge of lemon. The lemon seemed to step all over any aromas trying to get out, but there was some light cracker notes as well as the expected citrus notes. Flavor was cloves, but also seemed like some tea was there like they used some crystal malt in the mash. Freshing, easy to drink but nothing extraordinary.

Draft. Hazy amber beer with an off-white head. Light wheat and light spice aroma. Wheat, spice, yeast, light banana flavor. Medium bodied. Wheat, spice, and yeast linger. Easy to drink. Wheat not too stroing with the banana/clove elements balance nicely.

Diacetyl in the nose with some banan and wheat. Not a bad introduction to the brew. Murky, dark yellow; almost orange with no head. Well balanced with sweetness, bananas and some hops. Good!

Slightly sweet, mild, uneventful... sticky texture, somewhat bland and tart... heavy cloudiness... but nothing special.

This stuff was gross. It comes in several different flavors. If you want Raspberry, they dump in raspberry syrup, and so on
