Smells and looks awful. The tastie is also far from pleasant. A little hops and not much else. I’d prefer the Old English HG800 I had just before this.

Six Nice looking 1-pint aluminum tall boys.
Looks very hansom standing tall in the shopping cart with its neat design. Brought this home after paying 4.99 for six. Pours a nice clean straw color, very nice looking (Very Nice). Smells a bit old, skunky and harsh, like an import. The taste is overwhelming similar to the smell. Old, Skunky, bitter, sour, rusty, Heavy, little sweetness, maltyness or freshness. Just flat out offensive! What the Heck is this stuff? One that should be tried in order to appreciate the things you have!(like a warm can of Milwaukee’s best)

Has the European import taste. Pilsner doesn’t bring much to the table. Sampled from Green bottle, which I paid too much for. Unfortunately, I have a collection of bottle caps and didn’t have this one, so.......yeah....

1.1 AROMA 2/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 2/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 4/20
Head is initially small, fizzy, white, fully diminishing.
Body is clear light to medium yellow.
Aroma is lightly malty (grain), with light notes of plastic and DMS.
Flavor is lightly to moderately sweet, lightly bitter.
Finish is lightly sweet, lightly bitter, husky, unclean.
Light body, watery texture, fizzy carbonation, slightly metallic.
Sampled side-by-side with Oranjeboom Premium. Same beer or different? Too close to call. Perhaps slightly more hops in the Oranjeboom, but impossible to know when each was brewed (the Peter’s Brand may be older). Either way, both are equally difficult to drink...the meaning of swill.

2.4 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20
Straw color with a modest soft white head. A wind drifts across a oat field as the grass dries from a freshly mowed lawn. Light strawberry and grape flavors mingle with sourdough bread. Light carbonation tickles the tongue and lift the liquid through the taste.

A whopping .75 cents a can, and worth every penny! Not. Is this imported AB swill? Sure tastes like it. Corn, sugar, and nothing else. Not good.

1.5 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 4/20
Skunky aroma of malt and honey with a hint of hops. Clear gold with a thin white head. Rather rough overall flavor, watered down malt juice with a slight but unsmooth bitter finish. Really sub par.

Canned, also from Trader Joe’s. (Good Deal) Aromas of alcohol and aluminum. Pours a medium yellow. Light body, fizzy. Inoffensive for the price.

2.1 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20
Out of a can purchased from trader joes. It was $4 for a six pack of 16 ouncers so the price was right. Just a pretty mild lager. No offensive flavors, but not too much flavor at all to tell the truth.
