Malty, eurolager aroma. Utilitarian can, clear gold brew. Sweet, straw flavors, low but tinny bittering. Medium body, lightly sweet hay aftertaste. Nothing about this beer suggests that it was worth shipping across the Atlantic Ocean. Trader Joe’s, Tallahassee.

Serving type: bottle Appearance- Clear golden yellow with a white head and quick disappearing lacing. Aroma- Skunkey with a very slight citrus smell T/P - – Bitter and skunkey, not as smooth as I have had in the past. Overall- Had this beer before in a can and it was not too bad. This time around in a bottle it defiantly had a stronger skunk smell was not as drinkable with a slightly bitter taste to it. Not sure if it was just a dab bottle

Pours a slightly deep yellow with a white quickly dissipating head. Aroma is faint cereal. Palate is medium body with slight malt sweetness followed by light bitterness that lingers. Half liter can

Pale yellow pour with a fluffy white head. Aroma of grass and straw. Very light and flavorless.

Solid lager for a hot day. Clean flavor, light malt and hops make it easy to drink more than a few. No after-taste. Good offering at Trader Joe’s.

Not much to say here. An utterly dull lager characterized by an absence of taste and flavor. Medium head.

Green apple-ish, sweet, vegetal macro lager aroma. Light flavor: Green apple is pretty dominant. Some sweetness; no malt flavor otherwise. Low bitterness... Some of the macro lager flavor, too. Seems like pretty low carbonation, and there’s a subtle but weird "chalky" kind of feel.

Apparently this beer used to be made in Holland but is now made in Germany and distributed through Holland. Any way you look at it, it’s cheap lager, a decent 5% beer to pour down your throat in the summer. Smells of grass and sweet malt. Golden appearance with a short lived white head. Taste is medium sweet and lightly bitter. I don’t sense the metallic taste. Mouth feel is light, soft, watery, and creamy. Not bad for the price at Trader Joe’s, and cans are convenient.

Gold Yellow Color, Good Head, Some Lacing. Sweet Corn, Light Bitter Finish. Watery. Bland And Boring but is drinkable 6thirst quencher. OK for what it is.

So, my rating might be skewed by the great affordability. Then again, I toned it down intentionally so my rating might be accurate. Trader Joe’s special! 6-pack for $5.49 for 16 ouncers! I mean, this beer screams lawnmower, but I have no lawn, just an unquenchable thirst. And when it gets hot, and I look at my wallet (or cold and I look at my wallet), those white cans call me name. And hey, they are cans so you can take the where bottles are not allowed!
