Pours a clear yellow color with a white head. Sweet bread and biscuit malt notes with a light floral hoppiness and a bit of yeast. Tastes of sweet bread and biscuit malts. Very mild hop profile, just a bit of a floral note, and no real bitterness. A light yeast ester quality adds to the sweetness.

2.8 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Bottle/stange. Yellow straw. Quite clear with good sized head. Pilsner-grainy, slight butteryness. Soft and aromatic. Body has some continental hops, quite light. Light malts again, slight fruityness. Ok kölsch; pretty clean, but with a slight touch of fruityness and more fuller malts than a real lager usually offers. Good soft body.
