Bottle. Moderate toasted note for the malt, light resin for the hops, with pepper and a little brown sugar in the background. Head is small, creamy, white with good lacing and is mostly lasting. Color is sparkling clear brown. Flavor starts slightly sweet and moderately acidic, then finishes a little sour. Palate is light to medium, watery and has a lively carbonation. Tasty in some spots, bland in others, but easy drinking throughout.

Bottle. Nice brown beer with a light cream colored head. Light malt and light citrus aroma. Citrus (mostly lemon) flavor with nutty malts and light caramel. Medium-light body. Light citrus, light caramel, and light nuttiness lingers.

Medium bodies with a good malty aroma and taste, copper/brown in color. Good caramel flavor that will stick around after drinking.

Pours a rich, dark amber with a light caramel head. Light lace left on glass as I drink. Acceptible head that retained a thin layer of champagne-like bubles. The aroma is subtle: very light on malt and hop, but well-balanced. Strong, sweet caramel flavors that linger through the swallow. The bitter hop flavors come at the end. Again, well-balanced for this style. The aftertaste reminds me of the aftertaste of milk. This is a very pleasant beer that I could easily keep drinking.

12 ounce bottle from somewhere. Pours a clear red color with a thin head. Poor retention and lacing. Aroma is grain with an odd spicy note. Some sweet malts as well. Taste is sweet grainy malts with a hint of caramel. Thin bodied.

Pours a dark amber to a light brown. Aroma of sweet grains and syrup. Taste is full and bold. An interesting balance between the hops and malt. Sweet molasses malt is stronger than the hops. Good beer.
