A pretty unremarkable beer. The taste rminded me of malt liquor as I got to the bottom of the bottle and it warmed. We all know that ain't good. Not good, but not real objectionable; I'd drink it if someone else bought.

Petes Wicked Ales were some of the first craft/non-Bud style beers that started me on the road to realy good beer. This one has a light golden yellow color with a small soapy white head which fades out quickly. There is not much in the aroma except a very mild cereal like gain with a faint citrus like hops in the background. This is exactly what my tongue picks up on in the flavor which comes on a light thin palate. Overall it was just an easy drinking so so beer.

12oz bottle (Old Notes)-Pours a cloudy yellow with a small white head. Aroma of citrus, wheat, and grain. Taste of the same. This light bodied brew was a decent attempt.

12 ounce bottle. Very light and crisp drinkable summer brew. The hint of lemon makes it refreshing.

Pretty mediocre brew. They call it a blend of pale and wheat malts. Thatís pretty accurate, although the wheat malts are weaker in this one. Golden pour with nice head. Nose and taste is mostly lightly spiced hops. Rated 7/1/02

Overall Impression: I havenít this one in a long time, use to drink this on the Cape, people would always have this one in the cooler on the beach...a decently drinkable wheat ale, but not something Iíve missed...

Bottle had this in one of the carolinas. Pours a hazy golden body with a white head. Straw wheat with hints of lemon and grainy malt character, not so good.

12oz bottle. Pours to a clear golden color with a white head. The aroma is light wheat, and grain. The hop aroma is pretty much unnoticeable. The flavor is light wheat with a light spiciness and a barely detectable lemon flavor. It is light-bodied and easy drinking, nice for a hot summer day.

pours with a decent head, some slight lemon and honey in the nose ... pours a murky golden colour .. taste shows some of the age, but does have some nice honey flavours... lacing is quite nice too ... for the $2 i paid for this sixer a good deal, but this beer is done...
