COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
In the spirit of a true session beer we present the Golden Opportunity, a beer modeled after the classic styles of Köln, Germany, but which deliberately lacks the enhanced fruitiness of the typical American interpretation. Straw-like in color with a dense white head, this medium-bodied brew has a light, pleasant malt aroma with a hint of sweetness and faint bitterness. It is clean, well-balanced and suitably carbonated for a crisp, refreshing feel.

Pours a nice clear golden color with white head. Cereal grains mainly on the nose with a little light fruit; follows onto the palate. Finishes clean.

At union bear. With Patrick and Ashley. Is alright, sweet honey, medium pace, red ale edge. Just okay. Could session it.

Tap at the pub. Pours a slightly hazy golden color with a white type head. Aroma is honey, grains, bready. Flavor also has honey notes, grainy, bready and dry bitter on the finish. Has a light touch of sweetness. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

I don’t find light beer to have much flavor but this is the exception. I’ve had it in summer and winter and definitely a flavorful beer.
