3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
UPDATED: OCT 17, 2013 On tap in a pint glass. Pours a clear amber color with a moderate white head that fades a little and some lacing. Aroma is light on hops with a hint of malty sweetness and peppery rye notes. Slight hop bite upfront that fades into a sweetness and grainiess, and finishes with a slight peppery finish. Very sessionable with a smooth mouthfeel.

On tap at Jack Mac’s. Amber pour with a white head. The aroma and flavor are full of rye and biscuit notes, as well as some citrus character. Easy to drink and low in alcohol, making this a nice summer beer. Medium mouthfeel and medium carbonation.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Pale amber body with some rocky white head. Nose of rye, citrus hops, bready malt - flavor is smooth and balanced (something I’ve come to expect from Peticolas brews).

3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
(Draught) clear copper color, creamy medium tab lasting head. Nose is very clean, light caramel, cream, honey, rye when swirled, very smooth and balanced. This is so "standard" and I’m rating it high exhaust nothing is wrong with it. Taste of honey, fresh grain, light unsweetened caramel, but bready, cream, spicy rye on the finish, we’ll carbonated and smooth. Again, nothing shocking or standout here but really nice.
