COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Look for this beer’s release as the weather gets cold. Our dark strong winter ale is spiced with nutmeg, cinnamon, allspice, and ginger. A full bodied ale meant to be enjoyed during the cold winter months with family and friends. English hops and high quality malts give this beer its backbone. All spices are provided by local spice maker, Pendery’s, a mere half block from the brewery. The spices in the Wintervention compliment the spices in many holiday treats, while the hops provide the perfect contrast. Enjoy this beer with holiday foods or simply have it on its own!

Draft - Lots of nutmeg and spice. Dark cloudy brown with a thin beige head. Spicy dark and abut grainy. A bit over spiced for my taste.

On tap at FBI smokehouse in Dallas. Pours dark brown. Thin tan head. Slight winter spice aroma. Malty. Flavor is sweet with some spice. Nuttiness also. I don't like the spices. A bit overbearing. Ok though.

This was OK. Malty aroma with a little spiciness. It had a soft brown color with a mild white head. It looked to have some weight, which turned out average. The mouthfeel was full with average carbonation. This a mellow beer. Malty and burnt caramel flavors with minor hops. Definitely had an English influence and was just average. The alcohol was hidden well.

Dark brown color, mild manila-colored head. Doesn't smell like much. Tastes pretty good! Caramely deliciousness and mild spices, just the right amount of dark fruit. Solid.
