어찌나 끈끈한지 액체내의 거품이 위로 뜨지않고 가만히 떠있었음;; 달ᅫ 신맛. 달콤한 엿같은 단맛. 솜사탕 같은 향.

Bottle, split with my wife on our anniversary. Pours a clear tawny amber. Big sweet caramel on the nose, warm apple, hard butterscotch candies. Medium to thick bodied, velvety, warm and long. Caramel and toffee, slow developing caramel acid over more butterscotch. Lots of well developed caramel and toasty sugared apples. Lovely.

Pours copper and still with a thin neck. Smells of apple juice, some tarte undertones, touches of alcohol apperency. Tastes tarte and sweet up front with some honey, melon, sweet apple on the finish. One of the less intense ice ciders. The finish is dry which is a welcome departure.

375ml bottle, bought at a SAQ in Montreal. Sweet apple pie aroma, a touch of booze, cinnamon. Flavor has lots of green apple, a slight tartness, and a long sweet finish. Very clean and pure, though there is a bit of a vegetal thing. Very nice stuff.
