O inverno rigoroso das terras alemãs exige uma alimentação reforçada, o que levou ao surgimento das Starks Biers: cervejas fortes de alto teor alcoólico. E, a partir desta nobre e clássica receita , foi criada a Petra Stark Bier, uma cerveja puro malte, tipo pilsen. Encorpada, de tom dourado profundo, é uma cerveja que surpreende os paladares mais exigentes. O aroma pronunciado e o alto teor alcoólico 8,2%vol. faz dela a cerveja ideal para quem aprecia sabores únicos.

UPDATED: OCT 16, 2011 espuma média, aerada e branca, de reduzida longevidade. Boa formação de colarinho. Corpo borbulhante, claro, ralo e amarelo-escuro. Aroma: malte moderado, mel e cereais matinais, como aveia e granola. Sabores inicial e final: leve dulçor e moderado amargor. Paladar: corpo médio, textura aguada, forte carbonatação e final metálico. Presença bem forte de álcool (8,2%, característica do estilo) não disfarçada. Bem encorpada, traz amido também no sabor, dulçor maltado, amargor pungente, baixa drinkability. 25s

Bottle. Golden color with a thin white head. Aroma is strongly sweet with hints of malt and alcohol, fizzy body, almost no lacing, reminded me some Russian beers. high carbonation and metallic finish.

Pours light gold colour with a short lived white head. Aroma is all malt with hints of caramel and alcohol. Taste is sweet caramel malt. Little bitterness but a nice soft mouth feel. Not too bad but a bit plain and nothing special.

Boa cerveja. Forte. Coloração amarelo dourado, espuma de boa formação, cremosa, neve. Cheiro maltado, suavemente doce, bom. Malte caramelado - carvalho. Especiarias, defumado.
