En ljus och väldigt vinös ale. Massor av äppelcidervinäger och lite ek och humle som drar ihop smakerna och balanserar sötman. Som en ljus variant av Rodenbach.

Dark blond, small head, aroma has hops, grain, straw. taste is just more sour, a bit like a gueuze. Surprising, light dry and a bit bitter. Nice thirstquencher.

A clear honey golden beer that has an off white one finger head. A sour fruit aroma. Flavor begins with malt and light vinegar. There are pears and tart apples noted in the flavor. Some wood, as well. Fairly acidic.

Pours gold into the glass with a white head. Aroma is musty and reflects the tartness to come. Flavor is intense sourness that dries out the tongue and makes you want another sip. Great beer

Golden amber colour with a white head. Aroma is citrus, and funk. Sweet and tart on the front end. Dry clean finish. Some grape and cider notes. This is a good sour ale.

Nice beer for an spring afternoon. Very refreshing. Clear pale golden ale very pleasent to look at. Mild brett aroma with apples. Cider like taste, tart and sour, not too strong. Has a nice smoothness to it.
