Bottle poured into a Duvel glass. Nice clear orange with a foamy white head that sticks around for a while. Nose is tart and a bit funky, with apple cider vinegar and green grape notes. Flavor is nice and tart, a little acetic, definite lemon notes, a little bitterness. Enjoyable and refreshing. I wasn’t expecting a sour, so this was a nice surprise.

Poured clear gold with a very thin, fizzy white head that was gone fast. Aroma & taste: watery, acidic sour lemon, mild apple cider, notes of vinegar, faint wood. Medium carbonation. Finish was very acidic. Thin body without much depth. Overall; very raw... just didn’t work for me.

SHOCKING! The smell wasn’t what I expected but, that was nothing compared to the taste. I was so shocked by the taste. I wasn’t the one that poured it and I was doing something else when I tasted it. It completely woke me up! My wife kept asking if this was really a beer. I would say that this is a perfect beer for anyone that says they don’t like beer and they have only tried Bud and Miller.

Clear as a bell and light golden with a big fizzy head. Nose is acid, vinegar and old fashioned candy sticks. Minor oak. Flavor is sour, sweet malt, candy. Finish has a blast of bitterness and acidity. Very good but not as complex as some golden sours. Easy to miss any dry hops or barrel aging.

Clear golden, somewhat lively with a nice slowly fading white head... cidery, tart apple, some grape aroma... tart flavor, some apple, some grape, very good flavor, the grape flavor is interesting... not as lively as id like, medium to medium light body... good sour...

12 oz. bottle. Opaque orange gold with thin white head. Aroma of orignal kombucha tea, vinegar with black tea leaves. Tastes like sour tartness, just like a kombucha tea lambic. Medium bodied, I have to say, not bad, but even for a sour ale it’s a little tart, couldn’t drink more than one glass.
