11.2 oz bottle. Gorgeous color that looks like apricot jam in the glass. Very thin, lacy head. I can smell the aroma in the glass from 3 feet away. Up close the nose is very sour. Taste is sour, but very drinkable. Mild bitterness fades back to sourness midway through the tasting. Long on the palate. Bread flavors creep in after about 30 seconds. Surprisingly complex. A good beer for someone starting out with sour ales but not ready for the really biting, astringent ones.

This is real interesting. The least-jarring sour beer I have ever had. Aroma of tart wheat. Takes the very easy lemon flavor and pulls it into a green grape finish -- very nice.

Poured light and gold in colour with a medium white head. Has a citrus and vinegar aroma. Nice and fizzy on the tongue. Tart with a very sour aftertaste.

Cloudy blond pour with a minimal head. Quite sour in nose and flavor. There is a nice fruit taste post-drink. A nice easy, yet interesting drink.

courtesy of Pascal Sauser - clear blond-amber colour, little foam; sourish vinegar aroma, respectable malt body, sour with some sweetness underneath; tart, long sourish aftertaste of cherries and plums; quite dry - a very good one

(bottle - 11.2 oz) Cloudy and swirly peach color with a thin layer of lasting white foam. Aroma is very sour and tart with lots of farm and earth notes. Flavor is sweet and fruity at the beginning but quickly turns sour and tangy in the middle for a quick moment. Finishes light and sweet with hints of grapes and plums. Rather tart and quite tasty.

Hazy dirty gold with decent white head / Sour fruit and oak nose / LIght body, sour and fruity with some sweetness, and with excellent finish / Smooth, mild, sweet & sour flavors of plums, grapes, apples, with clothes closet and general funk, and with lemonade finish / Very nice.
