On draft. Hazy yellow color with a decent white head. Nice sour acidic taste. Not much complexity. Good sour though.
3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20 Brandman (969) - Helsinki, FINLAND - NOV 11, 2011
Slightly hazy golden body, white head. Aroma of berries, sorbus mostly, some vinegar. Very sour vinegar flavour, tight sweaty pussy taste. (What the hell I’ve been thinking when I wrote this).

Light copper poor. Sour but not too sour. Hints of lemon. Very light head. Great refreshing beer
4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20 darkguardian (713) - Florida, USA - NOV 6, 2011
Fairly clear nice looking beer with a bubbly carbonation and long lasting white head. Nose is winey, with some cherry and light acetic notes. Flavor is similar to Rodenbach Grand Cru, deep and complex with cherry, wood, a bit of vanilla on the back end. Moderate acidity, less vinegar that Rodenbach Grand Cru. Very very good sour.

Bottle. Clear gold pour with small white head. White wine vinegar aroma, tart cherries, quite oaky, madeira. Taste is sour and winey, with and oaky finish. Medium body, decent carbonation, finishes a bit sweet. Sold to us as a good deal, and it is.

Nice sour nose with acetic notes, a bit like balsamic vinegar but restrained. Indistinct fruitiness that is peaches and persimmon maybe. Nice dry profile with a solid sourness, crisp clean finish. Nicely drinkable. Just a hint of oxidized woodiness toward the finish. Faded copper, quick fading head.

The words "pale" and "Belgian" tricked me into thinking this would be a Tripel, so imagine my surprise upon tasting this sour concoction!
Pours a nice medium gold with white head. Nose is a Belgian yeastiness, with hints of the sour to come. Flavor is sour balanced by hints of yeast and peppery spiciness.

Pours a hazy copper with a nice white head. Aroma is very fruity, apple brandy, sweet malts, berries and spices. Flavor is mostly that of a pale ale with some fruits and herbs and a little sweet malts.
