Awesome sour vinegar and white wine aroma. About perfect for my sour loving tastes. Pale yellow body. Taste is sour and dry with some sweetness. Overall a really nice sour ale.

A style of its own. Nice white head, clear yellow body. A monodimensional sourness. Aroma of betadine.

Bottle, blond colour big head. Sour but with a clearly present bitterness in the finish, refreshing. Excellent surprise as the name seemed to point at a pale ale. This was a ’logical’ continuation with the duchesse de bourgogne I had earlier.

Golden and clear with a small head. Aroma: sweetish and sour with something reminding on syrop. Also a bit milky and herby, somehow a bit medicinal. Bitter and wild/sour taste, with notes of fruits, lemon cest. Dry finish and a full body.

Shared a 33cl bottle. Pours a clear pale copper colour with a thin off-white head that quickly vanishes. Wood, sour and fruit in the aroma. Average to soft carbonation and medium oily body. Taste is sour, tart with some caramel notes. A bit punchy if you are not prepared. Overall, a very good beer that stands out of the normal ones.

Yellow gold color with a fizzy white head that dissipated quickly. Very tart, sour flavor. Punchy, citrus and cherry. Finish is very tart and trails off very slowly.

Thanks to John for sharing! Sweet caramel and slightly wood-sour in the nose. The beer starts sour-woody, fresh. Very nice sourish-woody. Like a flemish red ale aged in wood. The aftertaste is smooth, fresh, woody-sourish, red fruit, easy to drink for the 7.3%.
Nice, but not too deep! 12/12/13/12

Thanks John! Pours a pretty golden color with a small off white head. The smell is cherry, sweet fruit. The taste is a nice sweet sour thing with oak, cherry, ending dry and tart. The body is medium with fine carbonation.
