Smell of peach, apple, with a refreshing sourness. A sharp acidiy, very refreshing, some hay, some funk, but very evened out and very nice citrus which reminds me a bit of yuzu and persimmon, this one is really nice and very drinkable.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a clear yellowish golden with a small white head and an aroma of vinegar, apple, citrus, white grapes, some malts and a hint of yeast. The taste is acidic, but not too offensive. There’s also some slight fruity sweetness, hints of oak and maybe caramel and a dry finish. This is a really nice beer!

33cl bottle courtesy of hugi, thx for this Belgian-by-Breisgau import! bb07/2015. Herbal, near-medicinal and ripe lambic nose, of sweetish diluted cough drops and old lemon. Taste harmoniously unites suave wood notes, mild sherry and lemonade, very much like an entry level lambic. Mf nicely mid-full, without being sticky, graced by final lingering lemon zest. Wood aged crowd pleaser with non-apparent abv. Will revisit.

5/24/14. Draft at Bull McCabes. Pours golden honey with a thin head. Still coming around to serous lambics but this one was pretty drinkable. Oak helped to balance the sour. Sour also didn't build over time so the end of the glass was still enjoyable. Drank in many ways like a high quality cider. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottled 0,33 from a beer shop, Hungary. As being a big fan of lambic beers, this beer could be a nice decision. Appearance of an original ale beer, long foam, but after the opening of the crown, you can smell the famous, fruity, sour smell of it. This beer has more sour character then f.e. a geuze lambic without sweetener. One of the best product of Bavik Brewery. Really nice beer with a lot of care.

Rated on 6-09-2012 (Bottle at Dash-In in Fort Wayne, IN) This beer pours a small white head that mostly diminishes, golden transparent body, very little carbonation, and spotty amounts of lacing. The aroma is woody, sweet, fruity, grapes, sour, and tart. The flavor is sweet, funky, sour, tart, and fruity. The mouthfeel is soft carbonation and this beer is medium bodied. This beer is worth trying if one enjoys this beer style.

Bottle, thanks SirLimpsalot. Clear dark golden with a minimal head. Fresh with funk, citrus, wood, grass and fruit. Nicely tart. The finish was dry. This beer was a nice surprise.
