Botella de 330ml. Copa Flauta amplia. Color dorado y transparente. 330ml bottle. Wide Flute glass. Gold color, crystal clear appearance. White froth creates a close crown & leaves a wide ring on sides. Well balanced aroma profile displays sour citric & wood notes, spices & sugary hues on the backside. Gentle malty upfront is blowed up by sharp & intense tartar flavor. Light body. Soft carbonation. Spiced, dense & sour palate. Fruity touches in the middle resolve in a kind astringency from lemon & grapefruit rounded by memories of grape tannins. Long sour finish yields to a fruity & spiced aftertaste. ABV is just felt as a gentle heat through the throat. Refreshing & flavorful.

En surøl som smaker som en blanding av Geuze og en tørr, sylig sider. Ganske god, men blir ingen favoritt.

Aroma is oak, banana, coconut, pale malt and sugar. Clear pale copper appearance with no foam. Flavors of sour, oak, coconut and yeast take over. Sugary caramel and tart white wine kick in after. Finish is more sour coconut.Overall, very nice. You can taste the oak barrels.

cloudy golden colour, some white head disappears quickly; aroma of citrus, yeast, wine cellar and wheat; tarte is fully domminated by sourness with some woody notes and dey white wine feeling; a bit like a geuze; correct beer, but not very easy to drink...a bit too much sourness

@ Party Town / Florence KY Clear light amber, good head cover, thin bands of lace. This is a strong sour ale. Taste is wheat and malt, but it hardly matters, because the sourness arrives early and lingers late. If you enjoy Oud Bruin, Sour Ale, or even Gose, this will be a solid entry. Those expecting a Belgian Ale will enter a state of shock. Well done!

330 ml bottle bought at Craftissmo in Tsim Sha Tsui East.

Cloudy hazy golden honey colour; Three quarter finger head and soapy white foam which last for 30 seconds; Good sticky lacing with fizzy carbonation; Quite tart aroma of malt, with lactic acid, balsamic vinegar, apple wine, wood barrel and tannic; Very sour taste of malt, with strong lactic acid, vinegar, funk, grape skin, tannic, liquorices, strong lemon and grassy hops; Mid to light body, slick and astringent palate; Mouth feel is watery and very sour, with lots of lactic acid and thinned out cider vinegar which overwhelm the thin malt. Strong tannic and moderate funk, barrel taste is not apparent. Hmmm… Hoppiness is strong lemon and grassy hops taste. Potent liquorice in background meshed with grape skin and tannic for a very astringent, quite bitter but abrupt finish; Quite dry after taste; Very sour and astringent to mouth.

Comments: This is a full on Sour Pale, with in-yer-face lactic acid and stronger than cider tannic in taste. Like its Oud Bruin, though, it’s very watery, wood barrel and funk were manifested only in nose. Feel like drinking a spiked yoghurt water. It would be better if it has a thicker body plus stronger cellar taste. Okay but not arousing.

On tap at roast. Pours a beautiful clear gold. Strong sour notes on the nose with a great sour smooth flavor with good balance. Really good. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Nose: Vinous, cheese, lots of lemon, farmyard, funk, basement. Taste is brie, leading to straw, lemon, then tart green apples and kiwi. Mouthfeel is light and refreshing. A nice light sour beer.
