12 oz. from Chuck’s. This is by far the most sour beer that I have ever tasted. Looks like the urine from a terribly dehydrated person (how fitting) but tastes like a flavor explosion. Pucker up!

UPDATED: NOV 22, 2013 On tap, pours clear medium yellow with soft white head. Strange woody smell of lemon and mustard. Taste is soft vinegar, mustard, moderate lemon tartness with high acidity and a smooth wood flavor that lies just underneath it all. Crisp clean sweet dry finish astringent bitterness. A very good standard top notch sour.

Gorgeous pour of golden orange brown with a thick white head and plenty of lacing. Aroma is primarily vinegar and tart apples while the taste is much the same, with a bit of a citrus finish.

Bottle. Pours clear golden with no head. Looks like a mead. Nose is grape and apple. Taste sour apple with a little funk. Dry aftertaste.

Appearance was light hazy gold with diminishing creamy white 1/2 finger head, spotty laicng. Aromas are sour yeasts of apple, rassberry, funky barnyard, hay, slight pale malts. Taste was funky sour yeasts of apple, orange, berries with hints of sweet malts. Palate was soft smooth CO2 light-meduim body, then funky lasting sour yeasty finish. Wow what a sour.

Bottled @ Drake’s Bar, Sao Paulo, Brazil. A hazy orange beer with no head. Aroma is very sour. Taste is acidic, notes of wood. Very dry, some citric notes. Too sour for me, not my style

Bottle. Tart, malty aroma with vinous notes. Pours clear, golden colored with a thin white head and no lacing. Tart, vinous flavor with apple notes to start. Finishes dry with tart, vinous notes and a clean refreshing end. Pretty good.

Bottle from Ølbutikken in Copenhagen. The pour is golden and totaly clear. The head is impressive. Its high lasting and frothy as hell. The nose is fine sour with fresh green grapes and lots of acidic notes like vinegar. Somewhere behind the sourness theres a notable malty base topped with some spicy notes like pepper. The taste is not as sour as the aroma but is balanced by a fine sweetness like melons. The mouthfeel is rather creamy and pretty buttery that gets more markedly through the finish. Really nice sour. Go grap it
