Bottle from Ølbutikken in Copenhagen. The pour is golden and totaly clear. The head is impressive. Its high lasting and frothy as hell. The nose is fine sour with fresh green grapes and lots of acidic notes like vinegar. Somewhere behind the sourness theres a notable malty base topped with some spicy notes like pepper. The taste is not as sour as the aroma but is balanced by a fine sweetness like melons. The mouthfeel is rather creamy and pretty buttery that gets more markedly through the finish. Really nice sour. Go grap it

Appearance was light hazy gold with diminishing creamy white 1/2 finger head, spotty laicng. Aromas are sour yeasts of apple, rassberry, funky barnyard, hay, slight pale malts. Taste was funky sour yeasts of apple, orange, berries with hints of sweet malts. Palate was soft smooth CO2 light-meduim body, then funky lasting sour yeasty finish. Wow what a sour.

The sour apple aroma doesn’t hide from the second the cap is loosed. The pour is surprisingly mellow, with a champagne-like effervescent yellow/gold result. The taste has two stages - the first is a harsh sour vinegar kick-in-the-pants. what follows is full, sweet and fantastic. White grape and pear appear, as well as i touch of wood and leather. The finish is completely satisfying, with the perfect mix of sweet and sour.

Golden color. Smells dusty and sour. Good flavor. Can’t believe the ABV. Well hidden.

33cl bottle @ Geroen tasting. Pours with a pineau de charente color, minimal head. Nose is very astringent, caskwood, oak, & sour green apples. Aroma more of the same, but in a blast. Amazing wood aroma. Superb sour taste, mellow enough to enjoy, but very ’potent’. No remarks on the palate.

Bottled @ Drake’s Bar, Sao Paulo, Brazil. A hazy orange beer with no head. Aroma is very sour. Taste is acidic, notes of wood. Very dry, some citric notes. Too sour for me, not my style
