Couleur dorée allant vers l’orange pale, apparence claire et translucide.

Bottle->tulip. Orange/gold with small white head. Aroma: tart and funky, with apples, cherries, and lemons, hint of vinegar. Taste: sour apples and cherries. Good.

Pouts golden, no head. Smells like sour apple. Taste is dry and sour with a touch of sweetness, some apples and wood notes. interesting stuff.

Had it out of a bottle, had a clear yellow hue, with a sweet aroma and the taste has a sour front with a dry finish.

Appearance: cloudy gold, with a frothy white head and syrupy legs. Aroma: apple cider vinegar, lemon zest, pineapple, tart white grape juice. Taste: BAM sour patch kids (lemon) without the ensuing sweetness, with notes of green apple jolly rancher, a bit of yeast, and some vinegar. Finish: lingering astringent tartness, with just a hint of honeyed, yeasty malts trying (but failing) to provide balance. Notes: This is a sour beer, to say the least. It’s very good for what it is, but it was a little sour for me. I prefer the red/brown sours to this for their malt/sweet balance, as the astringency in this beer was off the charts.

Just way over the top too sweet. I couldn’t find any pale. Just sweet and bitter. No hoppy accents that a pale ale should have. I had a hard time finishing this beer. Sorry, not recommended.

11.2oz bottle. Pours a golden yellow, sparkling almost champagne like with a small white head. Aroma is of Belgian yeast, biscuit malt with ripe fruity notes. Taste is mildly tart and sour with some Belgian yeast, has a kind of sour fruit slightly vinegary white wine. Palate is a medium body with mild carbonation and sweet tart sourness on the tongue. Finish same as taste with some faint notes of malt on the end gives it slight balance. Overall a bit on the sour side yet a drinkable brew none the less.

This one poured a fairly clear darker yellow color with a white head. Aroma was of light hay, wet blanket, lemons and grain. Flavor was similar, very very sour, more than expecting, but a nice zesty finish.

Nice golden color. Small head. Acidic pineapple, barnyard, mild wood, apple cider vinegar, some vanilla, pomegranate tart. Love it! Just wish it had a longer finish..
