The sourness overwhelmed any other flavors that might have been in this beer, though the oak showed up in the after taste. It was different... in a good way... sort of.

33 cl. bottle poured in to a Snifter. Clear, golden colour with a thin, white head. Tart aroma with acidic notes, vinegar, wood, lemon, dusty hops, earth, and citrus. Taste is sour. Medium body with a creamy texture and a soft carbonation - tiny bubbles. Finishes lasting dry and tart with wood and lemons. Good, classic Sour.

Een bier met een enorm uitgesproken smaak, spijtig genoeg was het niet mijn ding.

Solid Sour, real tart on the tongues that lasts. Had it in a bottle and would like to have it off the tap ---BEARFN

Bottle at Lombard. Nice sourness, aroma is very sour, gueuze like without the complexity. Taste is alright, more interesting than the aroma. Gueze like again, sweetness at the end.

Bottle. Pale yellow pour with a white head, nice lacing. Fairly sour, some citrus and pineapple notes. Quite tasty.

Awesome sour vinegar and white wine aroma. About perfect for my sour loving tastes. Pale yellow body. Taste is sour and dry with some sweetness. Overall a really nice sour ale.

A style of its own. Nice white head, clear yellow body. A monodimensional sourness. Aroma of betadine.

Pours clear golden with medium fizzy head on tap. Aroma of citrus and sour. Sour flavor with smooth finish. Tasting a hint of caramel. Great beer! ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle, blond colour big head. Sour but with a clearly present bitterness in the finish, refreshing. Excellent surprise as the name seemed to point at a pale ale. This was a ’logical’ continuation with the duchesse de bourgogne I had earlier.

Golden and clear with a small head. Aroma: sweetish and sour with something reminding on syrop. Also a bit milky and herby, somehow a bit medicinal. Bitter and wild/sour taste, with notes of fruits, lemon cest. Dry finish and a full body.
