3.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
First bottle I hated. Second bottle was tolerable. Third was divine. This is a beer halfway between lambic and flemish sour. Way too much Brett to count as just sour, but more restrained than lambic. Perhaps the most complex beer I've had. pH 3.6

330ml bottle. In the cellar for a year. Pours pale gold with a light haze, and an off-white head. On the nose, sour cherry, tart apple, faint oak, and more sour cherry. Taste wise, tart acidity, calvados, and sour cherry that leads into some serious tartness with again, more of the cherry, with light oak and pomegranate in the finish.
