3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle sample at a tasting at Beer Market Jaffa. Thanks zvikar. Clear deep red color. Aroma has lots of cherry candies and light oaky hints. Sweet flavor with a light sourish note, lots of cherries, a bit candy-ish, and a bit of caramel. Medium-bodied. Pleasant. Alcohol is very well-hidden.

330 ml bottle into tulip glass, 41347 bottle code. Pours fairly crystal clear dark ruby red color with a 2 finger fairly dense light khaki head with good retention, that reduces to a thin cap that lingers. Spotty soapy lacing clings on the glass. Aromas of big tart cherry, black cherry, cherry skin, brown sugar, oak, light clove, herbal, and yeast earthiness. Very nice aromas with big authentic cherry presence; and good strength. Taste of big tart cherry, black cherry, cherry skin, oak, clove, pepper, brown sugar, toast, herbal, and yeast earthiness. Light fruit tartness on the finish; with lingering notes of tart/black cherry, cherry skin, oak, pepper, clove, brown sugar, toast, and earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Very nice balance and robustness of cherry flavors with moderate malt/oak/yeast flavor balance; with a good tartness/sweetness balance and zero cloying flavors after the finish. Medium carbonation and medium-full bodied; with a slick and moderately syrupy mouthfeel that is nice. Alcohol is very well hidden with only a light warming present after the finish. Overall this is a very nice Belgian fruit beer. Plenty of great authentic cherry flavor with moderate malt/oak/yeast balance; and extremely smooth to drink for the ABV. A very enjoyable offering.

Light reddish coloured and hazy. Has an off-white head, lasting. Aroma is light sweet sugars and more acid notes, almond too. Flavor starts faint sweet, mainly acidic. Creamy texture.

Pours a dark red, maroon color. Big fruit aroma, cherry. Big cherry flavor, lightly medicinal, thick. Really too sweet as fruity.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Pours a dark red color. Small slightly pink head. Aroma is cherry candy. Tastes kinda like cherry candy or cough syrup, but not in a entirely awful way. Mild Carbonation and mouthfeel.

Have had this bottled a few times in random pubs. Nice tart nose, effervescent. Slight puckered cherry flavor, a tiny syrupy, but it works. Good stuff.

if I had stopped at appearance and aroma, this would’ve been the highest rated beer ever. Great dark Rich color and excellent lacing. Smells deliciously of cherry. Tastes like pure cherry extract, which is not good in a beer.

0.6 AROMA 1/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 1/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 1/20
Awful cherry tylenol aroma. Extremely sweet, bad candy like taste. Overall really poor example of a sour style beer. One of the worst beers Ive ever tried.

On tap at The Brass Tap, poured a reddish color with aromas of cherries, light tartness, some dark fruit and a touch of oak. Flavors follow suit with some sweetness to begin and finished with a light wet oak flavor, solid overall.
