3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Dark red in colour with a slight tan head. Over-riding nose of sweet cherries. Very strong flavour of cherries. Slightly creamy. Nice as a sipper, not sure I could manage a lot of it.

3.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
33 cl. bottle poured in to a Snifter. Dark brown colour with a reddish tint. Creamy, lightly tanned head with red hues. Sweet aroma with marzipan, cherries, caramel malts, sugar, light oak and vanilla. Taste is sweet - not not as sweet as the aroma might suggest. Medium to full body with a creamy texture and a soft carbonation. Finishes slightly dry with cherries, rich malts. The cherries turns more tart in the finish. Definitely an Oud Bruin to the sweeter side. The sweetness is overpowering some of the complexity usually found in this style. Nice, trough.

3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
11.2 ounce bottle poured into a brandy snifter. Pours a dark red with a beige red hued head of foam. Good retention. The aroma is big fruit and funk with bit of wine-y jolly ranchers. The taste is ppredominantly sweet with a bit of dry wine character coming through. Not much in the way of sourness. Prickly mouthfeel and moderate carbonation. Not bad.

4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
"Bit surprised by the awesome rather assertive cherryrifficness of this beer. Kinda like you blended a world class Belgian Red with the so so Petrus Brown. Looks nice, smells like a burst of cherries with light funk and cola underneath. A little more of the cherry cols in the flavor with some tartness and a nice finish. A little on the sweet side, but not to a fault. Good stuff. 4 packs or 750."

3.3 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle from Bruges. Pours ruby with a little tan froth. Sweet black cherry aroma. The taste is sweet cherries initially with a little sherbet before a sour woody finish with lingering cherries. A touch thin perhaps.
