3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Serving: 330 ml. bottle from State Line Liquors. It pours a dark, ruddy brown with a slight head. The nose is all dark cherries. I was surprised at the sweetness in the flavor. There is a huge dark cherry flavor to go with and a hint of sour and wood. A little sweet for my taste, but not bad.

On tap in Seattle. Fairly sweet, could use more tartness. Alcohol strength is welcomed.

3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle - Maraschino cherries, sticky, sweet and a hit of vinegar. Maroon, cloudy and a thin pink head. Cherry syrup and some barrel sourness. Needs the right environment as it is sweet, but still nice.

3.2 AROMA 10/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20
This beer is EXTREMELY cherry-flavored, with a very strong cherry aroma too. I'd like to try it over shaved ice, actually. It tastes okay, but is pretty overpowered by the cherry flavor.

3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
This poured a brown color with a reddish hue. The flavor contains some cherries and vinegar notes. The flavor is slightly sour but nothing like the regular Petrus. Some cherries and malty notes with dark fruit are present. Overall this was a pretty good beer.

2.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 8/20
Bottle @ home picked up @ Wilburs Fort Collins. Pours a fairly clear, reddish brown appearance with a light brown head. Absolutely massive cherry pie aroma with a few notes of wine, vinegar, and raspberries. Fairly tart, a bit zippy, goopy woody, slightly sour cherry, tannic, cough medicine flavor with some booze on the finish. The aroma showed some promise but I was pretty disappointed with the flavor and finish.

On tap at 800 degrees. Pours a dark red with off white head. Cherries and oak aroma. Not tart at all. Sweet cherry taste as it warms.

4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
This pours a reddish brown color with a very thin head of carbonation. The aroma is sweet with cherries and hints of oak. The taste is rather interest as it’s not quite a sour ale and not quite a lambic either. Taste fairly good with a touch of carbonation. Still kind of a desert beer though. Not bad, I would recommend trying it.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Tap at Huppel the Pub, Den Haag. Poured a deep reddish brown with a thin off white head and loads of lace. The aroma is big cherry fruit and dry yeast. The flavour is medium to strong sweet, almost liquid cherry juice, yeasty and with a zesty palate. The sweetness won’t be to everyone’s liking.

3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bright bodied, nice looking beer with proper head. Aroma of red berries, deep purple cherries, a faint sour hint. Generally sweet but from fruit rather than sugar. Taste to match that, very sweet but from a concentrated cherry juice with spot on hints of sour malts and bitterness. Not something I would normally pick but a great brew and will pair excellently with chocolate deserts, so might actually pick up some for such an occasion. Very quality stuff, despite the sweetness. (33cl bottle from Bierparadijs)
