3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Draft at Trinity Brass Tap. Pours a dark reddish brown color with a small off white head. Aroma is mostly cherry with a slight bit of malt. Flavor starts out with cherry sweetness that finishes with a fair amount of tartness. Not as sour as I hoped. I prefer their Our Bruins and Aged Pale more.

3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Delicious sour cherry pie filling aroma from a medium brown and ruby body with a thin off white head. The flavor is exactly like the aroma. Itís like drinking a cherry pie with a touch of sour woodiness. The sweetness is strong but stays clear of being cloying. This gets better with every sip and is dangerously drinkable at 8.5% ABV. While it stands on itís own, this is an ultimate dessert beer. This could go with vanilla ice cream or dark chocolate anything. I gotta try that out to be sure though. :)

2.8 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Bottle consumed at home. It pours clear deep ruby - brown with a medium beige head. The nose is earthy, toasted stuff, tangy dark fruits, plum, berry, big Dr Pepper character, bakewell tart and marzipan. The taste is slightly tart, tangy dark fruits, sweet glacť cherry, Dr Pepper, cherry cola, cherry bakewell sort of syrupy, stewed berry and some alcohol on the back end. Medium body and moderate, yet soft carbonation. Interesting, but too sweet for my liking.

Drank at the P.Box in Minooka, PA on tap poured into a damníd fancy glass. Has a nice subtle cherry aroma, pours a deep, dark red, with a bit of white head. A bit sweet for a red, due to the cherries tastes more like a Flanders red.

3.6 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Pours a reddish-brown from a bottle. Aroma of raspberries and lingonberries. Flavor a sweet-sour fruit leather. A big hit of metal as I get through the glass. Very good beer.

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20

3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Iíve had multiple bottles of this beer, at multiple stages moving towards the expire date. It became sweeter and less acidic over time, with more cherry burst flavor and a deeper taste.
Moderate malty, caramel, cherry, almonds.
Dark ruby beer with an average off-white head.
A lot of cherries, really sweet and moderately sour, earthy notes. The combined taste of dark beer and cherries is quite extraordinary.

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Mahogany red with a solid one-finger head and ok lace. Black cherry aromas accompanied by raspberry, toast, malt and yeast. Cherry sweetness and raspberry tartness are featured in the flavor profile that includes toasted malts and earthy notes. Medium to full body, lively carbonation, prickly mouthfeel and a tart finish.

Brick red with minimal fizzy tan head. Cherries, dark fruits, sugary malts, some tart berries round out this brew. Medium bodied. Finish is sweet and lightly tart cherry. Very fruity from start to finish. Enjoyable.
