Quack-Duck (3128), Bodensee/Schwarzwald, Germany Aug 28, 2007 bottle. Golden yellow, peristent head. Fruity nose. Very malty and fruity with hints of apples and peach. Pleasantly hoppy finish and long aftertaste. imdownthepub (5087), Banbury, Oxfordshire, England Aug 15, 2007 Bottle conditioned, 330ml. Yellow gold with white head. Quite similar to the Triple really, tangy thinnish malts, some spiciness and fruit, squashy fruit like bananas comes to mid, then a late and reasonably bitter hop. Not as accomplshed as the Triple but its ok. jewedekind (450), Middleton, Wisconsin, USA Aug 14, 2007 bottle. orange with a frothy head that leaves a spotty residue. Yeasty aroma with apricot.
