Bottle from Drinkmonger. Pours clear gold, no head at all, big bubbles. Aromas of light spice and yeast. Taste is sweet, light spice again, honey perhaps. There’s a separation between the malt-sweet side and the alcohol, meaning it hangs together badly, overall.

the aroma is malty, fruity and creamy... the taste is well-balanced, malty and sweet with shades of grasses, apple and citrus... aftertaste is slightly bitter and rather dry...

Taste is mostly sweet with some yeast and slight bitterness that sticks around in the aftertaste. There’s a little of the alcohol that comes through. Overall an enjoyable beer.

Bottle from national brewery centre, burton. Crystal clear golden beer with medium head. Aroma of bread and light spice. Taste is a little spice, a touch of yeast and a little more bread with some alcohol creeping through. Soft on the palate and lightly carbonated. Ok beer.

Clear golden, frothy white head. Bready, lightly floral aroma. Flavour is mellow, sweetish, malty and with a hint of bitterness.

Golden beer with frothy head. Aroma is yellow fruit, light hops. Taste is pretty sweet, with only a little bitterness to compensate for it. Aftertaste is sweet as well. This beer is pretty full bodied and creamy. Overall, not a really great beer, mainly due to the quite overwhelming sweetness.

33cl bottle served in a Delirium Tremens glass. Pours a quite bright gold colour with a quite bubbly head which disappears quickly. Taste is a little bland and disappointing. The mouthfeel is a little thin and carbonation proportionately active. Not one of the better Belgians.

Pours a clear golden (looks like a maibock), with a thick eggshell head that settles slowly and leaves some soapy lace. Nose involves soft, sweet malt, light citrus, light clean and spicy hops, a touch of banana, and some doughy bread. Fairly sweet, fairly bitter, no tartness. Medium to full bodied, oily, slick, with a drying doughy hop spice finish. Decent brew, resembles a maibock all around save for a a few more typical "Belgian" elements.
