Jan 31, 2009 Looking at some of the previous ratings maybe I missed something while sampling Petrus Blond. Crisp medium bodied ale with citrus undertones, and light bitterness. Maybe my opinion was tarnished on this Ale when I saw the hip & trendy label. I thought it destined Petrus to an average Belgian ale.

Jan 28, 2009 33cl bottle from a Leclerc in Colombes, Paris. Typical lager look - amber with a short-lived, soft white head; grainy aroma; rich honey flavour; lacking finish.

Jan 22, 2009 Hazy golden color. Fruity notes in aroma and flavor. Thin, fuzzy head that dissipates rapidly. Interesting combination of flavors--banana, citrus, spice. A nice beer, though not particularly remarkable.

Jan 11, 2009 Bottle BB4 10/07/10. Thin head even in a Chimay glass. Hazy golden amber. Very clean aroma, only a light fruit scent. A certain tastiness to it though. Somehwhat chalky dusty finish. In between a long light mellon and citrus flavour. Kind of refreshing.

Jan 7, 2009 Bottle. Pours a golden body with a thin white lacing. Sweet over ripe fruit, lightly malty with a bready body. Light sweet malt with a hint of banana.

Dec 25, 2008 A very wheaty aroma, too much so for me. That said, this has a great flavor to it. Some spices, a light hop, but quite smooth. Realy fantastic.

Dec 23, 2008 Opaque golden body with a short white head, sweet scents of spring, great balance between hops and malt provide a clean, refreshing repast. The degree of carbonation matches the fruity notes perfectly.
