Bottled. Poured hazy medium golden with a short cap of white head.. looked OK in the glass. The aroma picked up sweeter bananas, honey, and bready malts with substantial accents of cloves and Belgian-inspired yeast.. warm and malty overall, but well balanced. The flavor found mostly banana and honeyed sweetness at the core.. clove, white pepper, and dusty yeast around.. a hit of warmth at the end, but mostly residual sugars. Medium-bodied with higher carbonation on the palate.. a bit too clean, refined, and calculated for my liking.. not all that great of a feel in the end. Decent brew, but nothing great going on.

Bottle: Deep golden, a bit unclear, lacy white head; mild fruity-vinous, but mainly grainy nose; moderate sweet-sourish flavour, soft and medium bodied; slightly lingering, slightly adstringent sweet-sourish and grainy finish. Simple and refreshing.....

Medium white head. Hazy deep yellow body with floaties and carbonation. Papery honey aroma with butterscotch notes. Dry-sweet honey and resin taste with floral spicy notes. Light body. Mild mealy mouthfeel. Dryish grassy honey aftertaste with milky notes. Nice, drinkable, and with some character. (0.33l bottle, E. Leclerc, Fondettes.)

FROTHINGSLOSH (3205) - GREENSBURG, Pennsylvania, USA - MAY 13, 2010
Sampled on draft at the Sharp Edge Beer Emporium this beer poured a hazy dark golden color with a medium sized white head that produced good lacing. The aroma was tangy with notes of sugar and grape. The flavor was tangy and sugary with notes of pear and grape and a light yeasty undertone. The finish was long and very sweet. Fairly full bodied. Tasty but very one dimensional.

20100507 330ml bottle from State Line. Hazy golden with lofty, loose white froth. Aroma is fruity with dried apricot notes, a bit of dinner roll, apple butter. Nice, tidy flavor with mild yeasty spice, sweet fruitiness, some lemony-PEZ-tart something or other. Velvety palate with only a late prickle followed by nice quenching pils-like dryness. Very pleasant beer that could be markedly improved simply by being locally brewed and on tap around town.
