3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20 drpimento (1695) - La Crosse, Wisconsin, USA - FEB 28, 2010
Firstly, the bottle I’m drinking now is on the old side, at least a year I think, maybe more. Poured with a small to medium off white head and no lace. Head settled down to a thin cover quick. Color isn’t blonde, but a medium cloudy amber with little bits of precipitate. Aroma is malty, yeasty, and fruity. Flavor’s about the same. Body is decent and so is carbonation. Not bad. Think it would be better if fresher. Finish is ok too.
3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20 Borresteijn (2596) - Amsterdam, NETHERLANDS - FEB 13, 2010
On tap at Gollem’s Proeflokaal. Clear golden colour with a dense white head. Aroma of fruits and flowers, a bit dusty. Flavour is light sweet, fruity, flowery, light bitter and metallic finish. Light to medium bodied. Easy drinking blond beer.
2.7 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20 MoritzF (7137) - Bochum, GERMANY - JAN 20, 2010
(bottle, 33cl) Hazy, golden colour with a big and blond foamy head. Sweet and grainy milky aroma with very shy fruity notes. Sweet and minimal sour flavour, medium bodied with a soft, almost flat carbonation. Slightly yeasty grainy and pretty one-dimensional taste; moderately sweet and subtle fruity finish. Very unexciting brew. 20.I.10
3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20 spkevin (280) - Doetinchem, NETHERLANDS - JAN 10, 2010
Bottle. Pours a gold beer with a good head. Didn’t like the aroma. Thought it was kinda weird. The taste on the other hand was good. Good belgian blonde beer. It’s time for me to try some other blonds again!

330ml bottle
6.5% ABV
I tried this beer on December 30, 2009 at "Smokeless Joe’s" in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. The beer pours a hazy medium gold colour with a 1" white head that lasts a while. The aroima was grassy malt, yeast, and some floral hop tones. The mouthfeel was medium bodied, with medium-high carbonation. The flavour was grassy malt, yeast, and some sweet tones and spiciness.
2.8 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20 patricks110 (813) - Alberta, CANADA - NOV 27, 2009
An okay beer. Pours out golden orange blonde with a huge white head. Aroma is fruity and hoppy with mild malts. Slightly skunky aroma and taste. Taste is hoppy and citrus fruits...bitter alcohol finish and skunkiness. Lots of lacing and smooth alcohol finish. Overall, a pretty solid beer.
3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 11/20 Gypsy19 (728) - California, USA - NOV 10, 2009
Pours a hazy orange with a small ivory head. Aroma is of sour green apple, honey, and malt. Flavor has a good Begian yeastiness to it, the fruit is a little more subdued. Kind of a brettanomyces sour/funk to it. Odd soy sauce ending. Nice bubbly mouthfeel. Overall, good minus.
