UPDATED: APR 10, 2013 Serving: from bottle--purchased at Full Throttle Bottles. Aroma: lightly citrusy, grapefruit aroma. Appearance: Very thin, fizzy, white initial head that disappeared within seconds and no lacing. Hazy, amber body with small particles. Taste: moderately sweet and fruity initial flavor and abrupt yeasty, sweet apple finish with average duration. Palate: light body, dry texture and fizzy carbonation. Overall: hmm . . . not overly exciting.

0,33L bottle (from Wine of Galilee), BB 03.07.2014. Pours clear golden with whiteish head. The head stays forever. Aroma is sweet, fruits, some apples, grapefruits, Belgian yeast, malt. Flavor is very sweet, fruits, apples, yeast, malt. Alcohol is well covered. Overall: a little bit too sweet even for me, but still decent brew.
