Bottle. Golden colour with a nice white head. Aroma of yeast, spices and some malt. Flavour of malt, spices and notes of yeast, very tasty and easy to drink. Ends up malty and fruity.

Bright orange hazy beer with a thick white head showing excellent retention. Initially aroma is entirely of cooked noodles but as the head recedes a little and the beers settles some cooked peach and sweeter doughy aromas come through. Flavour is quite fruity-- tangerine sherbet comes to mind. The yeast imparts a lovely creaminess to the mouthfeel. Finish is moderately bitter. The beer is much better than the initial aroma implies.

Bottle.- light golden colour. Light malty, slightly spicy nose. The taste is fairly smooth, with a dry alcoholic in the finish, and a bit of spicy hops in the aftertaste.

12 oz bottle. Pours a clear bright golden colored body under a fluffy and creamy white head composed of fine bubbles. Bready malt aroma with a light accent of hops and a general fruitiness. Fruity and slightly tart flavor with quite a bit of alcohol apparency. A light smack of lemony hops follows in the finish. Mouthfeel is light bodied with an intense efforvescent fizzy carbonation. A decent beer, but the alcohol flavor and mouthfeel are big detractors for me.

Pours a soft translucent amber with a two finger sticky frothy white head. The nose is earthy, yeasty, a tad off, basementy, . Flavor is sharp, phenolic, spicy bite, alcohol cuts through, doesn’t have the body to back its 6.6%, mildly sweet. Palate is sharp and spicy.
