| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Dec 21, 2008 Bright orange hazy beer with a thick white head showing excellent retention. Initially aroma is entirely of cooked noodles but as the head recedes a little and the beers settles some cooked peach and sweeter doughy aromas come through. Flavour is quite fruity-- tangerine sherbet comes to mind. The yeast imparts a lovely creaminess to the mouthfeel. Finish is moderately bitter. The beer is much better than the initial aroma implies. | 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Mar 27, 2006 12 oz bottle. Pours a clear bright golden colored body under a fluffy and creamy white head composed of fine bubbles. Bready malt aroma with a light accent of hops and a general fruitiness. Fruity and slightly tart flavor with quite a bit of alcohol apparency. A light smack of lemony hops follows in the finish. Mouthfeel is light bodied with an intense efforvescent fizzy carbonation. A decent beer, but the alcohol flavor and mouthfeel are big detractors for me. Rciesla (3915), Exit 15W, New Jersey, USA
